Dr. Kattoum earned her Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Illinois Chicago and her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Midwestern University's College of Dental Medicine. She began her career as a dental assistant, which gave her a hands-on understanding of patient care from the chair side. A native of the northwest suburbs of Chicago, she leads the practice's approach to comprehensive and full-mouth care.

Full-Arch Investment
Each price is per arch and covers your All-on-X surgery plus that option's final restoration. No add-ons, no surprise fees at treatment. Treating both the upper and lower arch is double.
Most implant centers in the area charge $27,500 to $40,000 per arch for the same procedure. Our current offer starts at $11,999 per arch with a PMMA final, or $14,999 per arch with a high-end custom zirconia final.

A note on financing
We offer flexible financing through Proceed Finance, Cherry and CareCredit so your treatment can fit a monthly budget instead of a single payment. Many patients qualify for a plan that works for them, and checking your options doesn't commit you to anything. If you're unsure whether financing is right for you, call us first. Our team is happy to walk through it with you.
All-on-4® (also called All-on-X) is a full-arch implant technique. It places one fixed, non-removable set of teeth on a full arch, upper or lower, anchored by a handful of implants instead of one per tooth.
Here's the basic idea:
One arch, far fewer implants.
Instead of replacing each tooth one by one, 4 or more implants are strategically placed to support a full arch, upper, lower, or both.
Angled placement, planned from your X-ray.
The implants are placed at an angle, planned from your X-ray, so a full arch can be supported by four or more implants instead of one per tooth.
You leave with teeth the same day.
Once the implants go in, a full set of fixed provisional teeth is attached the same day. You wear them while the implants settle.
Your final restoration comes once the implants settle.
Over the following months, the implants integrate and stabilize. Once that's done, your final restoration (PMMA or custom zirconia, your choice) replaces the provisional set.

Implants are placed and provisional teeth are attached the same day. You leave with a full, functional smile. This is what "teeth in a day" actually means: functional provisional teeth while your implants integrate over the following months.
Once the implants have fully settled (typically 3-6 months), your final restoration is placed: a PMMA final or a high-end custom zirconia final, depending on the option you choose.
